1. Operator and service

Battle of Mage World is a free browser game operated by Roland Madarász as an individual. Contact: battleofmageworld@gmail.com. See the Impressum for operator details.

There are currently no purchases with real money. In-game “purchases” use Hero Coin or Mystic Essence earned in the game. These are not money, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be transferred outside the game.

2. Accounts and eligibility

Some features require an account. You must be at least 16 years old to register. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and use the service lawfully. Unauthorized access to another account is prohibited. By registering, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy explains personal data handling, and our Cookie Policy explains browser storage.

3. Game content and virtual items

Heroes, skins, items, rewards, rankings and balances are features of the game. Obtaining them does not confer ownership or a monetary claim. We may change game content and rules for balance, bug fixes or development, while affecting earned progress only where justified. Incorrect credits and benefits obtained through abuse may be corrected. Where chance-based rewards exist, the relevant conditions and odds are presented in the game.

4. Community features

Do not post unlawful, hateful, harassing or misleading material; disclose others' personal data; or post spam or unsolicited advertising. We may review and remove reported content or restrict access to community features when justified. Report unlawful content to our contact email, identifying the post and reason. You retain your rights in content you post and grant us a non-exclusive permission to display it as needed to run the service. Only post content you have a right to share.

5. Intellectual property

The game's original text, art, music, software and branding may be protected by intellectual property law. Copying, distributing or using them commercially beyond personal gameplay requires permission unless the law allows the use.

6. Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available and preserve game data, but maintenance, faults or events beyond our control may cause interruptions. Your mandatory legal rights remain in effect. We do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

7. Account termination and complaints

You may request account deletion at any time by email. For violations, we may take a proportionate measure and, where possible, explain it. Send complaints or bug reports to battleofmageworld@gmail.com; we will respond within a reasonable time. Your mandatory consumer and legal remedies remain available.

8. Changes and governing law

Material changes to these terms will be announced on the website before they take effect. Changes do not retroactively remove acquired rights. Hungarian law governs the service without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. In case of a difference in interpretation, the Hungarian ÁSZF is the primary text, subject to mandatory law.
